1. Who we are
BlackCat SCRM (黑猫SCRM, "BlackCat", "we") is developed and provided by Transfomind, a software studio in Malaysia. You can reach us at hello@transfomind.com.
By installing the app, signing in or paying for a plan, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Disclaimer and the User Commitment. If you use BlackCat for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
2. What BlackCat does
BlackCat is a Windows app that lets you sign in to your own WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Facebook Messenger, TikTok Messenger, Zalo and X accounts in one window, and adds tools such as translation, AI replies, a built-in assistant, bulk messaging, contacts, quick replies, notes and local chat backup.
Each chat platform runs inside the app through that platform's own web page. BlackCat does not create, sell or supply messaging accounts, and it is not part of, endorsed by or affiliated with any of those platforms.
3. Your BlackCat login
- We create your login when your plan is activated. There is no public sign-up.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done with your login.
- Your plan sets how many chat accounts and computers you can use at the same time. Don't share, resell or rent your login, or try to get around these limits.
- Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your login.
4. Plans, payment and AI points
- Prices are in US dollars and shown on the pricing page. A plan runs for the month or year you paid for and is activated by our team.
- Each plan includes monthly AI points, which reset on your activation date each month and don't carry over. Points you buy as a top-up don't expire while you have an active plan.
- AI translation, AI replies, knowledge-base learning and the assistant use points according to actual AI usage. Google translation, and requests made with your own AI API key, use no points.
- Unless the law requires otherwise, fees for a period that has started are not refunded, and unused points have no cash value.
- We may change prices or plan contents. Changes apply from your next renewal, and we'll tell you before they do.
- If a plan expires or isn't renewed, the app stops working with your login until it is renewed. Data stored on your own computer stays there.
5. How you may use BlackCat
Use BlackCat lawfully and in line with the terms of each chat platform. In particular, you must not use it to:
- send spam, unsolicited bulk messages or messages to people who haven't agreed to hear from you;
- commit or promote fraud, scams, phishing, illegal gambling, illegal goods or services, harassment, hate or any other unlawful activity;
- collect or use other people's personal data without a lawful basis;
- sign in to accounts you don't own or aren't authorised to use;
- copy, decompile, modify or redistribute the app, or interfere with our servers or other customers.
The User Commitment sets this out in full. We may suspend or end your access, without refund, if you break these rules or if the law requires it.
6. Your data
Your chats, contacts, notes, quick replies and backups are stored on your own computer, or remain on the chat platforms. You own them and are responsible for them, including having a lawful basis to process your customers' personal data.
When you use an AI feature, the text needed for it is sent through our server to an AI model provider to produce the result. Our server records usage (such as feature, amount and points), not your message content. The Privacy Policy explains this in detail.
7. Updates and availability
The app updates itself; some updates may be required to keep using it. We work to keep the service running but don't promise it will always be available or error-free. The chat platforms can change their web pages at any time, which may affect some features until we update the app.
8. Intellectual property
BlackCat, its software, name and logo belong to Transfomind. Your plan gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app while your plan is active. WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Messenger, TikTok and other names are trademarks of their owners.
9. Limitation of liability
BlackCat is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or for actions taken by chat platforms against your accounts (such as limits or bans). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using BlackCat at any time by uninstalling the app. We may end these terms if you break them. Sections on data, intellectual property and liability continue after the terms end.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app or by message before they apply. If you keep using BlackCat after that, the new terms apply.
12. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes go to the courts of Malaysia. Questions: hello@transfomind.com.
