1. No affiliation with chat platforms
BlackCat is a product of its parent company, Transfomind. It is not made, endorsed, sponsored by or affiliated with WhatsApp, Meta, Telegram, LINE, TikTok, Zalo, X or any other platform. Their names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to describe which accounts the app works with.
2. Your accounts and the platforms' rules
Each platform has its own terms and may limit, suspend or ban accounts, for example for bulk or unsolicited messages, unusual activity or using many accounts. Those decisions are made by the platforms, not by us. You are responsible for how you use your accounts, and we are not liable for any restriction or loss that follows.
3. AI replies and translation can be wrong
AI replies, AI suggestions and machine translation may contain mistakes, miss context or sound unnatural. Check anything important, such as prices, quantities, delivery dates, legal or medical information, before you rely on it. AI auto-replies answer from the knowledge base you provide; keep it accurate and up to date. You are responsible for messages sent from your accounts, including those written by AI.
4. Backups are not guaranteed to be complete
Local backup saves what the platforms' web pages make readable and what can be downloaded at the time. It can't promise to capture every past message or the original of every photo or video. Keep important records in another place too.
5. Third-party services
Some features rely on services we don't control, such as AI model providers, Google, Lingva and the chat platforms. Changes or outages on their side can affect BlackCat until they are resolved or we update the app.
6. No guarantee of results
BlackCat helps you work faster, but we don't promise any particular number of sales, replies or customers.
