Which platforms and tools are supported?
Supports WhatsApp, Telegram, LINE, Facebook Messenger, TikTok Messenger, Zalo and X. WeChat is not supported.

How do AI replies work?
Knowledge sources include text, URLs, Excel, PDF, images, audio, video, Google Sheets and APIs. Each account selects one knowledge base; accounts can share it. Review learning summaries, edit reply instructions and test answers. Auto-replies cover new private text messages after enabling while the app is running and online, with a handoff message when information is missing. AI uses plan points or your own API key.
How do translation and sending work?
Enter sends directly by default. Enable a customizable translation shortcut (Ctrl+T by default) to translate into the typing box, review it, then press Enter to send. Matching-language text can be sent directly.
Where are chats stored?
Starter / Pro use a chosen local folder with hourly or manual .blackcat backups, opened inside BlackCat. Business / Enterprise store chat history primarily in the cloud with saved media loaded on demand. Backups include only readable history and successfully saved original attachments. Shared trial storage and request safety limits may pause uploads before the plan allowance; pending data is retained.
What syncs across computers?
Business / Enterprise continuously sync My contacts, recipient lists, templates, text notes, learned knowledge bases and source files, and reply instructions. WhatsApp accounts share one My contacts list; Telegram accounts share another. Account contact caches stay local. Platform logins and API keys in runtime settings are excluded. Keep local copies of chat clips and attachments saved into notes.
